_NPS5809_1_1It takes the collective effort of everyone in our community to help us end chronic homelessness and reduce overall homelessness in Nashville. Project Homeless Connect is a valuable service that moves individuals and families who find themselves homeless or on the brink of homelessness one step closer to securing housing.

This year's event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. The overhead for this event covers the cost of the venue, equipment rental, meals, replacing lost identification, bus passes, and other services needed to make PHC a success.  Sponsorship dollars help cover some of this expense, but we also rely on the gifts of individual donors to pay for the services we provide to our homeless community.

Adopt A Meter Program



The program will place refurbished "parking" meters in high foot traffic areas Downtown. All change collected will benefit homeless outreach with the goal to place people into Housing First.  For a $1,000 sponsorship, contact Laura Jumonville at 780-7014
